The first step is to evaluate what your preferences are when it comes to exercise.

When evaluating your preferences, ask yourself these 3 questions:

1) Do I prefer to exercise alone or in a group?

2) Do I prefer weight-training or full body workouts (plyometrics, HIIT, CrossFit, etc.)

3) Do I prefer running as cardio or another form (swimming, cycling, sports, etc.)

TRY EVERYTHING... EXPERIMENTATION IS IMPORTANT. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!

Do things that satisfy yourself; you are more likely to keep exercising and not think of it as a chore!

Here are a few options that you can try:

                                                                      1) Yoga and Pilates class

                                                                             2) Rock climbing

                                                                    3) Swimming (pool or ocean)

                                                                             4) Cycling classes

                                                                      5) Group exercise classes

                                                                                6) Martial Arts

                                                                   7) Dance/dance aerobic class
